Kiran Ghadge is a Filmmaker and a Photographer. He started his career in software but gradually shifted to photography and filming giving up his IT job permanently. He has many short and full length films under his name. His films are mostly wildlife films with a message for conservation and awareness. Life Kiran Ghadge is a self taught cinematographer & photographer with a unique creative eye. He specializes in wildlife and natural history. Extensive fieldwork, conservation and assistance in researches associated with NGOs makes him familiar with the habits and behavior of birds and other wildlife. His films are not only visually rich and exciting but also enlightening, sending an awareness message through entertainment. Kiran has a stunning collection of images and amazing video sequences made with the advanced camera technologies and techniques. In addition to wildlife films Kiran has a feature length film and many short films to his credit apart from a documentary film under production for the Indian forest department. Kiran Ghadge not only excels in cinematography but has highly qualified skills for film editing and story building. In short he is an all rounder as far as films are concerned and a one man army. Early life Kiran Ghadge spent his early childhood serving his curosity about life and exploring nature in the areas near his home. His father being in army gave him a chance to visit many new places further igniting his interest in travelling. Kiran ghadge completed his School education in Army Central School and college in Fergusson. As he grew up his interest in exploring converted to capturing them in pictures. But his profession as a photographer started only when he bought his first digital camera. He has travelled mostly in western ghats, Sahyadris, USA, Japan and UK He has gained knowedge in ornithology that has helped him immensely in his film work. Recognitions Kiran Ghadge's work has been published in many publications, magazines and newspapers. His films have been featured in various film festivals and events like New York Wild Life Conservation Film Festival, International Raptor Conference etc. He has successfully done many photography exibitions.
