Killertron

Killertron was a robot that competed in Series 1, 2, 4 and Extreme 1 of the UK version of Robot Wars. It was instantly recognisable by the fact it was painted bright fuchsia pink and luminous yellow. It´s main weapon was a huge pickaxe, as well as a small scoop in Series 4.

In Series 1, they lost Round 4 of Heat A to Nemesis (later to become Diotoir) and Roadblock. Road Block went on to win the series. In Series 2, they beat Schumey, Pain, Spin Doctor, Orac and Technophobic to win Heat E. Then, together with Panic Attack, they beat Mortis, Behemoth, Mace and Napalm to progress to the Grand Final. There, in Round 1, they lost to Panic Attack, who then beat Cassisus to become Champions.

In Series 4, they were drawn in Heat H with Maverick, Wheelosaurus, Prizephita 2, Suicidal Tendencies (Seed 32), and Wheely Big Cheese (Seed 15). S.T. and Killertron beat Maverick in Round 1, but then the pink machine faultered as it was slammed out by W.B.C in Round 2.

In Extreme 1, they appeared in the Celebrity Special, where they were driven by boxer Chris Eubank. They lost Round 1 to the clusterbot Gemini, driven aptly by twins Anthea and Wendy Turner.
