KidCrusher

Kidcrusher otherly known as backyard wrestling maniac Shawn Montague from the xba xtreme backyard assault in Adelaide, South Australia, started a rap game in 1996 but never got into a recording studio until 2006 recording his first debut studio album Tormented Mutation and releasing it into the underground.

Being an unsigned artist, there is very little Kidcrusher can do from the bottom of the world, representing his Juggalo "evil clown" painted face with his Insane Clown Posse meets System of a Down influences, spitting Death Metal mixed with Horrorcore rap and amazingly attracting thousands of listeners and downloads to his websites.

Kidcrusher is well known by the world wide web, spending countless hours and days and months on his official website and myspace and received exposure from his first backyard raw music video hit A Dirty F**kn Murder without the ability to tour without a label to support, The internet is the best source to get his sound out and loud all over the world.

Over a year of promoting and no record deal, Kidcrusher appeared at #3 on album of the month for Australian channel 31's awesum charts right under the hill top hoods for his release Tormented Mutation

Later that year he again kicked the hill top hoods and the funkoars out of the myspace rap and hip hop charts for Australia and hit #1 with over 800,000 downloads and votes.

Kidcrusher began live events around Australia, with his first opening set tour for USA rappers K-rino and Monstah Ganja and also headlined the International Global MMA Music Awards in October 2007, Elected for song of the year with his collaboration with USA rapper ill e. gal and stash in titled Purple Haze, Another collaboration with local rapper trips, Murder on Halloween was listed in rotation on famous Australian Radio Fresh FM

Kidcrusher signed his first record deal with major record label in 2004 Foctam Records and sold 4,000 copies world wide, after his contract was expired, Kidcrusher continues to hunt for another record deal.

Kidcrusher hosted live radio shows with wicked intent radio and also Australia's russel gilbert from TV show hey, hey, its Saturday for the world of wakie people and challenged Russel Gilbert to a backyard wrestling match.

Recording History

Tormented Mutation (2006)
from recording on a double cassette recorder, to a computer microphone headset, to a recording studio, Kidcrusher bought ten original instrumentals from producer psycho thug and re-released a handfull of old material from his past projects on brand new instrumentals, started fresh, in under 2 Months the album was pressed professionally and sold over 300 copies world wide and hitting up #3 on several Australian independant music charts and tore up both soundclick and myspace metal and rap Charts!! all though sales could be a lot better, but selling over the internet is kc's only way of sales and promotion, currently working with his own online CD store / independant label for support for online sales and promotion 'Foctam Records'

Light to Dark and Life to Death (2006)
With the ability to record in studio and with the rush of the first album, two months later, Kidcrusher was back in the studio with local hip hop artist Trips who produced the whole 20 track LP. The album is a mixtape of some old remixed tracks and some new, featuring the hit single A Dirty F**kn Murder the album is his best selling product!

Meet the Monstors Single (2006-2007)
The controversial horrorcore rap artist takes his skills to the big screen, working with Daniel Armstrong of Strongman Pictures to create a music video of the single, meet the monstors Kidcrusher wrote for the upcoming horror masterpeice by strongman pictures the disturbed, the music video was shot on the location of the movie, in an abandon mental asylum, Melbourne Australia's most haunted location, The CD single was released on the web late September 2006, the music video is still in production and set to drop late 2007 with the CD and DVD Package, the single also promotes the first studio album fully produced by Kidcrusher (Cannibal Clown), written & performed & produced by Kidcrusher, music video by strongman pictures, copyright 2007 foctam records, all rights reserved, release date: late 2007

Black Circle Magik (Raw) (2007)
Taking a step out of the studio and back into the basement to record an EP for the world wide web, exclusive to Kidcrusher's website, teaming up with rappers (Chicko, Trips & Wasted of Dyad souls) to unleash proberley the most succsessfull underground free download he's ever released. Kidcrusher notes that in 2008, there will be an extended studio version.

Cannibal Clown (2007)
The first studio album 100% fully produced by Kidcrusher, featuring instrumentals by Beatnick and Mystick Manners, also known to be Kidcrusher's biggest collaboration cd, featuring tracks with Teddy dkc of the famous french metal band (Bawdy festival), Foctam records members like Trips, Chiko and Nascent. Also featuring Lewn and The Good Buddies.

The album was released on August 31, 2007 on no record label.
