Sheikh Khalid Jehangir (Jahangir) (born 30 June 1976, Srinagar) is a journalist, writer , political strategist. He joined in 2014 and became Bharatiya Janta Party and its Jammu & Kashmir Affairs Spokesperson. He is known for his political connections He served as VC of J&K Projects Construction Corporation (JKPCC). He was fellow at International Strategic Affairs Washington DC
He belongs to a known family of Jammu & Kashmir, his father Sheikh Ghulam Mohammad has served in defence forces and retired as Director of Defense. He was the cousin of First IPS officer of Jammu & Kashmir Ghulam Qadir Ganderbali. He has done his schooling from prestigious Burn Hall School. He was Special Correspondent of German News Network. He is fellow at India Foundation ,He is also the director of Foundation for Resource Development & Education (FRDE) think tank focusing on issues confronting Jammu Kashmir .
