Kepler 155c is an exoplanet in orbit around a K-type star 957 light-years away. Properties Mass and radius Kepler 155c is a Neptune-like planet with a mass of 5.65 Earth masses and a radius of 0.2 Jupiters (2.24 Earths.) The star has a temperature of 4508 K, a mass of 0.677 solar masses, and a radius 62% that of the Sun. Kepler 155's metallicity is similar to that of the Sun, at -0.04. Habitability Kepler 155c is in the inner habitable zone of it's star. It is likely tidally locked due to it's close stellar orbit and low eccentricity<ref name=":0" />, but since it is larger than Earth, if it is a water world, rather than an ice giant like NASA Exoplanet Exploration suggests, it could have an atmosphere that circulates air around the planet, making the planet habitable over a wide range of it's regions. Discovery Kepler 155c was discovered in 2014 by the Kepler space telescope. Kepler used the transit method to find Kepler 155c.<ref name=":1" />
