Ken Sundheim

Ken Sundheim is the acting CEO and Founder of KAS Placement which is an executive search firm specializing in recruiting sales, marketing and media personnel.
Early life
Sundheim was born 6/18/1981 to John and Sara Sundheim in Toms River, New Jersey. While attending high school, Ken Sundheim attempted to persuade his parents not to go to college, though ended up attending the University of Miami for two years. At UM, Ken Sundheim struggled to get through business school and ended up spending the two years working towards a major in acting.
After two years at the university, Ken Sundheim decided to leave college early and pursue a career in acting in New York City. While taking the semester off and in the pursuit of becoming an actor, Sundheim was a doorman on the Upper East Side. Soon after beginning the job, it became apparent to Sundheim that he was not going to make the money he wanted in acting and he began applying to college once more.
Eventually, he would end up attending Fordham University in the Bronx, NY and would major in business management with a secondary degree in accounting. After college graduation, Sundheim would take a job at a firm that sold paper goods which he often uses as a reference for students not to take jobs for the money during his lectures at universities.
Within six months, Sundheim was pushed out of that position and, upon going to interview with other companies, Sundheim thought about starting the executive search firm and began work on the project via setting up a small corporate website.
Writings
Years later, Ken Sundheim would begin writing about his experiences as a young entrepreneur and would give tips to aspiring entrepreneurs on how to open a business.
Around this time, Ken Sundheim also began writing about careers and giving tips to people who were looking to find jobs. Ken's quotes have appeared in AOL, CBS MoneyWatch.
