The most famous Liberian communist, lived in Belarus till 1989 when Lukashenko extradeted him in Cuba because he was the second most powerful person in the Belarusian communist party and the minister of Home Affairs. Since then he is composing poetry on the isleland of the free when Castro took him under his wing. He is allegedly the shadow cardinal of the Cuban revolution which is noticed in some early pictures with Castro. Tomowa is not a public person but according to some experts in Cuban revolutionary history in the revolutionary univercity in Cuba he has a newspaper column in the Tribuna de La Habana Tabloid under the PWC initials. His philosophical views consider that there is a shadow world cabinet which consists of some of the largest international corporations (such as Coca-cola ltd. General Motors, McDonalds, Price Water House Coopers, Nokia, The European Economic Comunity, British Petroleum, Texaco and various Holywood actors and producers). According to some unidentified sources from CIA, Castro has covered many promiscuous sexual affairs of malconduct regarding Tomowa. Kaline Tomowa is known to be great communist intelectual and political philosopher and has alawys been an inspiration to the American communist revolutionaries Kaline is also respected for his position on Castro's Anti-Cigars policy.
