Chris Mahugu, (Born 1988 in Nairobi, Kenya ) is better known as, KaLiNco. He is the Son of Former Ambassador of Kenya, Njuguna Mahugu. The first part of his rap name is "KaLi", which was a nickname that he was given, and he stuck with it. The "N" simply means ’and’, and the "co" , means ’company’ which represents the select few of people that have helped him throughout life. Growing up, he never stayed in a place for too long, due to his Father's profession he had to keep moving. However, that was just something he used to his Advantage. He started rapping at the age of 13, with listeners from Australia, Canada, the U.S, and all the way to Africa. Collaborating with such musical talent such as, IIndHand, and many more. He released the Out of State Mixtape In Early 2008, which is a free download over the internet.
