Juan Suarez is a music producer based in Los Angeles. He currently works with artists at his private studio in addition to creating original music for X-Ray Dog. Having a broad knowledge of musical styles is one of his unique traits as a producer. In addition to producing he is a skilled sound engineer and provides mixing and mastering services. Playing in bands from the age of 14 in South Florida led Juan to full-time pursuit of a career in music during the late 90's. His exploration of music licensing led to placing cues in film trailers and commercials. His cues have appeared in a long list of campaigns including both Garfield movies, Freaky Friday, Fat Albert, Beowulf, Weeds, Cougar Town, Wolfman and The Last Airbender. Musical artists he has worked with range broadly in style. Artists include hip-hop legend KRS-One, Son Doobie, London After Midnight, Permanent Me, and Dusty Rhodes and the River Band.
