Joshua Z Stouch

Joshua Z (Zachary) Stouch is an elected Pennsylvania State Constable in Douglass Township, Montgomery County. He was elected to his first term in 2009, and is currently serving his second six year term. Joshua is certified under Act 49 of 2009 for judicial and law enforcement duties and serves the entire Commonwealth as a Constable.
Professional Service
In addition to serving as elected Constable, Joshua also serves on the Douglass Township Emergency Services Board, as well as the Douglass Township Planning Agency, and previously served on the Douglass Township Open Space and Recreation Board as Vice Chairman, a title he also previously held on the ESB.
Joshua also serves as the Fire Police Captain, fire fighter and Trustee of New Hanover Volunteer Fire and Rescue Services in New Hanover Township, which neighbors Douglass Township. He previously served the same positions with Sassamansville Fire Company, as well as previously serving as Vice President and company representative to the New Hanover Township Emergency Services Board.

* 2014 Capture of two wanted fugitives from Berks County who fled to Mexico
* 2014 Capture of dangerous felon in Berks County after massive manhunt - Gallantry Medal, Meritorious Service Medal
* 2015 Premium Service Award, Commonwealth Constable Association; recognition for efforts to professionalize the Pennsylvania Constabulary.
* 2015 Douglass Township Police Chief's Commendation; recognition for the capture of a dangerous wanted fugitive - Exceptional Duty Medal, Gallantry Silver Star
