Joshua Jaames

Joshua Jaames, (born August 05, 1992) is a British, poet and charity campaigner. He is among the most recent young poets to come out of Britain in this century.
He is best known for his work as a poet, most recently having published "I May Never Know You" a poem created for aid relief in Haiti. He has also does movie making.
Many of his poems have been inspired by romance, and fairy tales, which are an interest of his since childhood.
Early life
Born in Canterbury, Kent, England, Joshua Jaames is the eldest of six children of Allison Howes. Jaames spent much of his childhood in the rural contryside of Kent. He became a voracious reader of all sorts of literature. He went to High School in Kent, England and graduated in 2010. Jaames began writing at age 8 and realized he wanted to write professionally when he was 15.
His earliest works explore fantasy such as dragons, fairies, etc.
Recent works evoke explicit exploration of romance and the human condition, the relation of humankind and the processes of creating an emotional humane history.

Jaames most recent published work was a poem for Haiti Relief in asscoaition with World Vision Canada.
