Jon Pascua Ibarrola (born 25 July 1972) is a retired Spanish footballer who played as a goalkeeper and the current goalkeeper coach of Mamelodi Sundowns F.C.. Playing career As a player played in the third level with Real Zaragoza B, Gernika Club and Deportivo Alavés B. The rest of his career developed on the fourth level and initially in Bermeo Club on the fifth level. Managing career He began coaching goalkeepers on the Bermeo Club. Later he combined Bermeo with SD Amorebieta. He jumped at Athletic Bilbao B where he spent two seasons. In the 2009-10 season was held on CD Badajoz, in that season the team scored 101 points in the fourth level. In the 2010-11 season he signed for Mamelodi Sundowns F.C. of South Africa's top flight. In 2011 he published the book "Manual of the goalkeeper" (Manual del portero de fútbol). |
