Jon Lyndon (born August 27, 1964) grew up in Springfield, Massachusetts and now lives near Melbourne, Australia. Lyndon's first publication is a short-short story in Pirate Writings magazine.. In 2004 he moved to Australia to be with poet Purr Verse (Natalie Mills) whom he met through poetry, then later married. They also live with their cat, Geddy (named after bass guitarist Geddy Lee). Lyndon is an American author of short stories as well as prose poems. He has poems contributed by Corrine De Winter for his 1996 poetry chap-book "Naked Soul". Lyndon has many short-stories and poems published on-line, including "The Beautiful Automated Living Ghost..." found at Dark Planet Poetry. In May 2008 Lyndon has a 'Dishonorable Mention' in a contest for the readers of "Fantasy&ScienceFiction". As a photographer he has worked with many Springfield area bands, most notably as the main photographer for alternative rock band Staind during their "Tormented" CD era 1995-1997.
