Colonel John Plantagenet Rolleston-Dalzell, 14th Earl of Carnwath, Kt, OBE, (1918 - 2001) was an Anglo-New Zealand soldier and aristocrat who served in the British and New Zealand Armies during World War Two, and was an advisor to Sir Sidney Holland. Great-nephew of Arthur Dalzell, 13th Earl of Carnwath, he was recognised as having succeeded as heir male to the name and Arms of Dalzell in 1947, and therefore also to the then dormant title of Earl of Carnwath. He was also the claimant to the title of Duke of Kingston in the Peerage of Haiti. Lord Carnwath died in 2001 and was succeeded by his grandson, William.
