Joe Gorman (born 1 September 1994) is an Irish professional footballer who currently plays for Irish First Division Side, Longford Town as a Centre Back. Personal life Joe Gorman was born on 1 September 1994 in Dublin, Ireland. In 2014 he was investigated by Police Scotland after posting an anti-semitic tweet saying "Ross Kemp in Belfast talking about the Troubles. Wouldn't you just love to open up on all them Orangemen". He was subsequently suspended by Inverness Caledonian Thistle, and is likely a factor to why he was sold on. Playing Career Inverness Caledonian Thistle Gorman moved to Inverness on a free transfer after leaving the youth academy of Crewe Alexandra, however, he didn't make any appearances and was sold on in July 2014 for £23,000.
