Jody McIntyre (born 1990) is an British student who is physically disabled from cerebral palsy. He gained notability after being pulled out of his wheelchair twice by the Metropolitan Police during the 2010 UK student protests. The second incident was caught on video and went viral on YouTube. An interview with McIntyre about the incident by BBC journalist Ben Brown on 13 December 2010 was described by The Guardian newspaper as "having a distinct lack of sympathy from the BBC" and that the incident had "attracted thousands of complaints." McIntyre was also involved in nonviolent protests in Bil'in, West Bank against the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian Territories in 2009.<ref name=kira/>
