Joan Parsakalleh

Joan Parsakalleh is an American politician who is a candidate for the Minnesota House of Representatives, running for the seat from the newly created District 15B.

Joan Parsakalleh recently announced her candidacy for the newly created House District seat (15B) which includes parts of Sherburne, Benton and Morrison Counties. Parsakalleh will seek the Republican Party endorsement. Parsakalleh believes in limited government, lower taxes, and less spending. Parsakalleh is an official endorser of U.S. Representative Michele Bachmann, from the Sixth Congressional District of Minnesota.

Parsakalleh is a paralegal, a former real estate agent, and a current employee of Miramar Inc., where she serves as a service coordinator, purchasing agent, and special projects organizer. Parsakalleh lives near Becker, Minnesota with her husband, Mike Parsakalleh. They have five children and 2 grandchildren. Parsakalleh volunteers and provides leadership with her family in 4H, the Sherburne County 4-H Horse Project, and Harvest Outreach. Parsakalleh has lived in Becker Township for 12 years, where she and her family have a hobby farm.<ref name="trib" />
