Jing Cao

</ref> Cao received her Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University in 2007. Her research areas includes economics of the environment, energy economics, integrated modeling of economic and environment system, climate change economics and modeling, productivity and economic growth.
Early life and education
Jing Cao first received Geology offer from Tsinghua University. During her second year at the university, she decided to minor in law because it was very popular among her peers.
