Jessica Abo is an American television journalist, actress and author. Abo was a TV anchor for NY1 and she has been a longtime columnist for Entrepreneur. Abo is the author of Unfiltered: How To Be As Happy As You Look On Social Media. This book was cited by Cosmopolitan as one of their "14 Self-Love Books You Want to Read More Than Once". It was also included in the swag bag given to artists at the 2019 Emmy awards. Abo is a motivational speaker and regularly gives talks about how to have a healthy relationship with social media.
