Born 1951 Denver, Colorado, a successful businessman in the area of Mediation. Mr. Hall's was politically active starting in 1991 when he ran for Texas State Legislature, then again in 1996 as the Republican nominee for U.S. Congress in Texas district 4. Jerry Ray Hall, built a INC 5000 fastest growing companies ranking 3118 in 2008. As a mediator he has handled cases for the US Department of Justice, OSHA, NASA, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, US Postal Service and many other private and public organizations. Providing training in mediation for over 20 years he is known as one of the founding fathers of mediation in Texas. Help to develop youth programs that became mandatory in Texas school systems. Jerry Ray Hall, starting in 2002 began a program to help Latin American countries implement mediation in the court systems. Acting as a consultant with the Panamanian Government and Ministry of Education. A contributor to many charities, American Cancer Association, Arthritis Foundation, The Heart Fund, Houston Arts and many private charities for children. Appointed to the Unauthrized Practice of Law by the Supreme Court of Texas, he helped stop companies from providing legal assistance to unsuspecting individuals. In 1996 he helped the local District Attorney prosecute 6 City Council members on fraud which sent most of the Council Members to Federal Prison. In 2002 working again with the District Attorney as the star witness in the prosecution of a County Constable for a employee payroll scam which scammed the Houston Tax payers out of over $150,000 . Jerry was flown from Panama to Houston to Testify on behalf of the District Attorney. The Constable received 5 year in Federal Prision. Studying at Harvard, Pepperdine, University of Missouri at Kansas City, Indian University, Purdue Extension in Fort Wayne Indiana, University of Houston, Metropolitan Junior College, in the areas of Psychology and Law.
