Jensen Reed

Jensen Reed is an American artist based in Los Angeles, California whose debut full length record, Forget About the Cameras, was released on July 12, 2011.
Music career
On Forget About The Cameras, USA Today says, “Jensen Reed slides through hip hop with an unshakable rock ‘n’ roll swagger. Reed’s airtight flow fans the flame at the heart of songs.”
Reed’s music is influenced by the Beastie Boys, Linkin Park and Outkast as well as childhood favorites The Doors, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones and others. Since relocating to Los Angeles, Reed has opened for Dilated Peoples and Little Brother. Acclaimed music-video and film director Mark Pellington's company is set to direct videos for three tracks from Forget About The Cameras, beginning with the single “After The War (featuring superbeautiful).”
Film and television placements
Reed has had song placements in the NBC series Friday Night Lights, the Showtime series House of Lies, the Oscar-nominated film The Messenger and several MTV shows, including The City, and World of Jenks.
Sports
Reed has spent over ten years as a professional tennis coach and is involved with the Breakfast Burrito podcast's "Sports Wrap" segment.
