Jennifer D. Smith

Jennifer D. Smith (born September 4, 1978, Burbank, California) is an American former child actor best known for her role on Wild and Crazy Kids, a Nickelodeon children's reality television series (1990-1992). Wild and Crazy Kids featured physical "match ups" between two children in a wide variety of sports and games, many of which included the famous Nickelodeon "slime".

Breakout role
Jennifer's breakout role occurred when she was invited to appear on a Wild and Crazy Kids episode in 1991. In this episode, Jennifer and two other children had to shoot Nerf bows and arrows at water balloons strategically placed over their fathers' heads. Jennifer came in last out of the three contestants, but her personable demeanor and sunny smile endeared her to fans old and young alike.

Modern life
Unlike many former child actors, Jennifer stayed away from the "fast lane" of Hollywood life. She completed her education, graduating from Burbank High School in 1996 and receiving her bachelor's degree from Woodbury College of the Arts in 2000. Shortly after college she was called into the ministry and attended Princeton Theological Seminary, graduating with a Master of Divinity in 2007.

Jennifer is also a talented artist and graphic designer. Her paintings, drawings, and web design are featured on her website.
