Jeffrey Just

Jeffrey Joseph Just is an American entrepreneur and investor. Just co-founded Transit Wireless, which equipped the world's largest subway, the New York City Subway, with infrastructure for Wi-Fi and cell phone coverage.
Early life and education
Jeff Just was born on January 6, 1965, to George Just, a salesman, and Gloria Just, Ph.D., a former Major, educator, and registered nurse in the United States Army Reserve. Just was raised in Nutley, New Jersey, alongside his older sister Chris, who is currently a nurse midwife, and his younger brother Tom, who works as a mechanical engineer.
Personal Life
Currently, Just resides in New Hope, Pennsylvania, with his partner, Manjari Olds, as well as Just’s two sons, Olds’ children, and their family dog.
Career
Prior to taking on the role of President and Board Member at Transit Wireless, Mr. Just amassed a wealth of experience in the corporate world. He demonstrated his leadership skills as the CEO of several notable companies, beginning with the Gunst Corporation from 1987 to 1989, followed by his tenure at First Innovation Inc. from 1990 to 1994. Mr. Just also led EXG Restaurants from 1996 to 2000 and then went on to establish Dianet Communications in 2003, where he served until 2018.
Dianet Communications, founded in 2003, was at the forefront of providing a neutral host Distributed Antenna System (DAS) in the United States. The company played a pivotal role in developing extensive networks for prestigious public venues, including 30 Rockefeller Plaza and the Atlantic City Convention Center.
Presently, Mr. Just is the CEO and founding partner of RadiantREIT, an innovative venture that stands as the solar industry's premier mortgage Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). This unique REIT specializes in providing long-term, publicly available financing for solar projects across the United States.
