Biography

His story is EPIC
Early life
In the year 872 B.C.E., Jeff Artaxerxes Trudy Methuselah Elizabeth Provine the XXXIV hatched into a family of Troodons. Being the youngest of 12, Provine developed multiple complexes due to suspecting that he was adopted because of the blatant differences between him and his family. He became estranged from his family, and so would often wander off into the wild blue yonder. He ended up leaving them altogether one day after a fight with his siblings, in which three of them were killed. He left in disgrace, forever banished from his homeland of Atlantis.
Piratism
Two years after his exile, Provine was traveling to Zaire when all of the sudden his ship was destroyed in the middle of the ocean. It was by a small hint of fate that he washed up, ALIVE, on the beaches of Tortooga. While there Provine would find himself in the middle of several brawls, he fit in perfectly. Do to his trouble-seeking nature he accumulated a large amount of debt, forcing him to sell his soul to a pirate with no name. Provine was well on his way to becoming one of the world's most nefarious pirates ever, literally! While working with the other scalawags on deck, Provine would have deep thoughts of unicorns, puppies, and rainbows, not to mention revenge on the city of Atlantis for their treatment of him. Eventually he devised a plan to sink Atlantis so far under water that no one would ever see the city again. Provine gathered together the crew and convinced them to commit mutiny against the pirate with no name. Having killed the pirate with no name twice, Provine took control of the vessel without any challenge. Now in a position of power, Provine was able to bring his plans of vengeance to fruition. He and his crew planted explosive waterproof charges around the base of Atlantis and waited before they were safely out of range of the inevitable wave to detonate them by remote. Immediately feeling fulfilled by mass-murder, he set his sights on tougher prey. He decided to form a ninja-hunting party with his most elite pirates. Together they traveled to Japan, where they promptly killed each other off, thus the pirate peril was no more. Provine, the only survivor, became stranded in Japan for many years because the rest of his crew forgot about him entirely.

Celestial Voyages
At the dawn of the 20th Century, mankind made his first steps into the heavens with a slice of chicken pot pie in hand. Mason Star, wealthy English shipping magnate, reveals a Starship dubbed The Star's Comet capable of traveling between worlds and crewed by the best minds of Earth. The story is told through the journals of Curtis Matricks, a young Ohio farmboy who proves himself to be the most cunning astronomer in the world. The series thus far contains the Moon (ISBN 1592860104), Venus (ISBN 1413717884), and Mars (ISBN 1413790836).
Technology
Mason Star's expeditions make use of cutting-edge Dwardian'eay technology as well as new ideas formed by creative minds at the behest of his money. An orbital tower known as "Star's Tower" allows for transit into orbit via an electric train. The Starship itself contains a plethora of devices such as the vacuum pump and gaseous hydrogen-oxygen rockets. Plants serve as air purification and healthy salads. Stability is maintained by magnetic boots and leather shoes.
Aliens
Through the voyages, the humans discover new worlds teeming with life, both unintelligent and sentient. The Moon is populated in air-filled caverns by tribalistic insectoids with limited technology. Under its shrouded atmosphere, Venus contains thick jungles and cities built by intellectual plants. Mars features an advanced civilization that has surpassed its peak with beings similar to Greys.
The Academy
Taking place at a magnet school, The Academy is a webcomic that traces the lives of students as they work under extreme pressures of jousting, studying, rules, and dorm life. In addition to "nerd humor" and references to gaming, the comic takes non-realistic looks at artificial intelligence and robotics. Further references make note of experiences shared by students at magnet schools ranging from TAMS to OSSM to MASMC
Characters
The comic revolves mainly around four main characters:
#Spencer, an overly imaginative and excitable nerd, as well as dragon tamer;
#Roger, a slacker willing to work hard at being lazy;
#Ling, an unfortunately stereotypically hard-working Asian girl; and
#Victorie, a generally unamused dark culture fan vicious toward her friends and enemies.
Other characters stem from classmates, members of the senior class, teachers, administration, and staff.
