Jay D Clark

Philadelphia independent artist, singer, songwriter, actor, filmmaker, producer, screenwriter, and director Jay D Clark has worked in front of and behind the scenes on many creative projects on his path. He has also occasionally played and performed original live music over the past 15 years and finally recorded his first full EP studio record - Fall of the City - with multi-talented Philly music and skate legend Chuck Treece, who worked on the soundtrack for the movie project Order of the Quest (along with rap legend Schoolly D), written and produced by Clark.

On the Fall of the City record, Chuck Treece arranged, played, and cut almost all of the musical instruments. Treece’s impressive work resume includes gigs with acts like Bad Brains, Urge Overkill, Pearl Jam, Billy Joel, Sting, Slightly Stoopid, Busta Rhymes, Dr. Dre, Ricky Martin, The Roots, G. Love, and Santigold, among others. The record is receiving some strong college & indie radio play nationally and abroad.
Jay D is currently recording new tracks at Philly Audio Works & is performing with a full live band of talented Philly musicians and various ensembles for more intimate shows.
