Javier Flores

Javier Alejandro Flores Vidal (born May 02, 1983 in San Salvador, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran filmmaker, record producer, TV presenter, and actor best known for his work on the TV show Juvetud En Línea, where he directed sketches for the show, and he also edit his own work. Is head of Matrin Records and Films, a Salvadoran film and record company with no major projects in hands.

Biography
Early years
Javier Flores is the oldest son of Francisco Javier Flores, a Salvadoran farmer, and Elia América Vidal, a school teacher who was also a professional dancer when she was young. He begans singing at the age of 2 and was recruited for the children's chorus of his church.

His voice became very popular among his mother's friends until he reached 11 years, then his voice changed and he has to learn how to use it.

At the age of 13, he entered any star searching contest he could, and in 1998, he created his band, early named Sobredosis but latter re-named as Sonderbar. He recorded his first demo-album for his own band in 1999. in 2001 he started studying communications in a local univesity, but dropped out after being ran out of money and without being able to work because his under-age.

He pleased his family by studing many different careers, until he started to study agriculture in 2004, it was in agriculture school when he approached a former TV reporter who teached him how to edit video and help him to make a promotional video for his own school, apart for having appearences in TV with the band, now with new members and 3 records.

Matrin Records and Films
Like many other musicians in his own country, he had to pay himself the recording studio for his demo album, but in 2004 he inherited 7,000 dollars, who helped him to buy a computer and related software to record songs and to edit video, although he barely knew how to do it.

The orignal name for the company was just Matrin Records, he created the name "Matrin" himself by typing around in a typewriter, but after writing his first draft for a movie called Misión Sin Tiempo, he decided to change the company name to Matrin Records and Films, and it became real in 2004 when he recorded and produced his band's first studio album.

Juventud En Línea
In 2006 he attended a casting for the TV show Juventud En Línea, he was cast as a supporting actor in a small sketch, he latter gained more important roles until the sketches were taken out of the show in 2007. The year after, he convinced his boss to start making sketches again, so he was given the director's chair and has done so since.
