Jan Jens

Jan Jens is a German entrepreneur and founder of Jatina Group, a Miami-based concierge service company that rents out luxury mansions, vehicles, and yachts.
Early life
Born in Hamburg, Germany, Jens' father is the owner of a major construction conglomerate in Germany. At the age of 16, he decided to discontinue his Hauptschule (high school) studies when he realized that school did not teach him what he needed to know about building a business.
Career
Although Jens had discontinued his Hauptschule education, he would have had a potentially promising future career in helping to manage his father's construction company due to his family connections. However, rather than working at his father's company in Germany, Jens moved to Miami, United States in 2014 and founded Jatina Group, a concierge service company. He has worked with many high-profile celebrities such as Justin Bieber, Drake, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kylie Jenner, Floyd Mayweather, Mark Wahlberg, Jamie Foxx, Kevin Hart, and various other well-known names.
In 2014, Jens decided to move into the concierge rental business after experiencing poor service from a concierge rental company in Miami during a 3-week vacation there. He made his first vital connection with Quincy Brown, who then connected him to celebrities and other famous figures in the entertainment industry. As a result, Jens' newly founded business Jatina Group quickly became successful, generating millions of dollars in revenue annually. Much of Jatina Group's business growth has come from online sales, using digital platforms such as Airbnb and HomeAway. In 2018, his revenue surpassed $7.5 million.
As of July 2019, Jatina Group has 5 full-time employees, as well as access to over 50 mansions.
During Rolling Loud 2019, a hip hop festival in Miami, Jens has rented out luxury properties to many well-known hip hop artists, such as Wiz Khalifa, Lil Wayne, 21 Savage, and many others.
Community service
Jens volunteers to feed the homeless in Miami and clean up Miami beaches a few times every month. As part of community service activities, he also donates to the Miami animal shelter.
