James Roti Also known as "Jimmy" or "Heart Killer" (1908 - 1962 aged 54) was a member in the criminal society the Chicago Outfit and Faction leader for the Outfit. Criminal Life Rotti became involved with the Outfit members in his younger days, Rotti is described as a heart killer. Rotti became an Outfit Enforcer in 1929 aged 21, Shortly after that he became a Faction leader controlling the South Side. Arrests Rotti was arrested on 1949 for Gambling, 8 years later he is arrested for Alcohol Tax Violations. Death Rotti returned home after he got out of jail on 1960. Rotti died of a major heart attack at his home in Sicily |
