James Olofintuy (Born 15 August 1844?) is a Longevity claimant and Supercentenarian from Nigeria, claiming to be the oldest man on earth. As of 29 December 2014, he is claiming to be 170 years of age. Many agencies reject his claim due to lack of reliable records or birth certificates. If his claim is legitimate, he would be 48 years older than the longest verified living person ever Jeanne Calment (1875 - 1997), who lived a fruitful 122 years of age before her death. Doubts about his claim Many Genealogy agencies cannot validate his claim due to lack of government records or birth certificates. As well if his claim is valid, he would be 53 years older than the longest verified living man Jiroemon Kimura (1897 - 2013) who lived until 116 years of age. |
