Jafat

Jafat is a name of a fictional mighty leader of the ancient warriors guild of Abdullian knights. He appeared in the eastern comic "Hadrabubdla - Ashti's Quest" originally by Thomas J. Jowston. Originally published in 1946 by Schnittles Comic Book Company. Since 1946 the comic book has been sent out a new comic, roughly every month. Ashti is the King of the country where the Abdullian Knights live.
Most of the comics take place in a semi-fictionized Middle Eastern world/Eastern world. Though he also travels to other parts of the world in later comics, which mostly happens in the comics made after 1980.
Through out the comics series, different morals and ethics can be seen spoken by characters in the story. Most of it is a mix of Islam, Judaism and Christianity, though also with other real religions, and religion which are made up.

It was rumoured that the 80s band Kryst the Conqueror was somehow in relation with the comics, because of the image of warriors/barbarians to save the world, or Deliver them from evil. But this rumour turned out to be NOT true.

Characters
Jafat: He is a typical barbarian warriors/knightish character, not too tall, but also not too small. He has semi-long hair and a bushy moustache. Jafat is very skilled in the arts of fighting, with almost every kind of weapon, as well as horseback archery. He only wears his armor in major battles against the enemies of his nation. Jafat's favorite weapon is the Skaharifsha, a special Schimitar given to him by the king.
A big secret, which was first revealed in 1986, is that Jafat's little brother is born in Turkmenistan, a country far away from the setting of the comics. His name is Brugushti.

Morihbuhnt: He is Jafat's worst enemy, first of all for his language skills (he can spellbind everyone with his linguistics, and he has even tried to curse the King but Jafat saved him in the end. Morihbuhnt's followers, seem to do everything he demands them to. He wears a cursed armor with spikes (said to be forged by Mushti the Evil Craftsman), and has a long spear as his main weapon. He owns a castle, with lots of fetish trophies and torture instruments.

Nielson Bayzia: An Igor-like character, this villain is a general directly under Morihbuhnt. His main weapon is a sword shaped like a piano. A curious thing about Nielson is that he must grade everything Jafat does. For example, if Jafat hit him with his sword, Nielson Bayzia would always say something like "Rubbish. Try again you idiot" or "Not bad!". He was introduced in comic book #6, strangely titled "Nielson Bayzia Wants Revenge", even though Jafat and Nielson had no history what so ever.

It was rumored (for many years) that a special edition comic, with the background history between Jafat and Nielson Bayzia would be published, and so it did, in 1992.

Mushti the Evil Craftsman: As said before, he crafted Morihbuhnt's armor, and then he used his wizardry on the armor to protect it against the forces of good. Only Jafat's Skaharifsha (or weapons crafted with same magical technique as the Skaharifsha). Mushti also made sure that the spikes on the cursed armor would have a venomous effect, on those who touches them.

Brugushti: Jafat's brother. Not much is known about him, though he is a highly respected martial artist and Turkmenish tailor.

Abdullian Knights: An organization mixed between the likes of the crusaders and an assassins guild like we see it in the new video game Assassins Creed. Ashti is the king of the country and the ruler of the Knights. He commands what they do and in some cases how. The Knights are all skilled fighters with both swords and axes and a masters of the art of stealth and pickpocketing. They will anything it takes to carry out the orders of their king.
In the "clan" there are different ranks, the higher a knight gets the powerful (as a leader) he gets and gains better equipment and rights.

Notable buildings
Castle Fattah: One of the biggest castles in the Hadrabubdla universe. The castle it self has 138 rooms on the first floor, the second floor has 78 rooms. Everywhere in the castle there is gold, and jewelry to show the wealth and power of Ashti.
The castle also has a huge dungeon, mainly used as a prison, but part of it is also a vine cellar and a storage for weapons, armor, furniture etc.
