Jacob Toti is a South Sudanese Politician who served as the 5th Commissioner of Morobo County and the first commissioner of Lujule county which exited between April 2016 to October 2020. He was appointed after Moses Soro who was removed from his duties of being a county Commissioner of Morobo in 2016 and assumed his role as the Morobo County Commissioner and later after the creation of Yei River State he became the first Commissioner of the Newly created Lujule County which was carved out of Morobo County History He resigned from his position as the Lujule County Commissioner in December 2016 after there was insecurity in the county and rampered Killing of Civillians by Armed groups where he even survived an attack on a road ambush |
