Jackson Hart is a fictional character played by Gale Harold who will be joining the cast of Desperate Housewives in its fifth season. He is Susan Mayer's secret lover in 2013. His first appearance was in the second half of the two-hour fourth season finale of the show, when it jumped five years into the future, as Susan's new love interest. When Susan met Jackson she wasn't into him. Maynard, Susan's youngest child drew a picture of Susan and Jackson, saying that Jackson, sometimes stayed over. Susan has refused to let Jackson stay over. He asks her if she is ever going let him stay the night to which she replies she doesn't know. When Jackson gets out of the house, Bob and Lee take a picture of him on their cell phone. No one knew Susan was sleeping with Jackson.
