J. E. Quidam

Jeff E. Quidam is the author of several works about the history of the U.S. House of Representatives that focus on the size of the House (i.e., the number of Representatives) as it relates to the nation's population.

One of the most important aspects of J.E. Quidam's work is a little known fact about the United States Bill of Rights. Most people, including lawyers, do not realize that there were not just ten Amendments, but rather twelve. The First Amendment, as written and desired by our founding fathers, established the number of House Representatives based on the size of the US population.

Mr. Quidam has also been invited by several prominent philosophical, social and political organizations to present his research and findings to the public.

Furthermore, Mr. Quidam has his own external website at Thirty-Thousand.org
