Iuliia Savushkina

Iuliia Viktorovna Savushkina (, born August 3, 1979, Leningrad, USSR) is a assistant Director General for Science and Technical Development at Transmash Research Institute (Research Institute of Transport Engineering), PhD in Economics, author of numerous publications on the development of railway transport. Iuliia Viktorovna Savushkina is a member of the dissertation committee, a teacher, a head of the research center at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Also, Iuliia Viktorovna Savushkina is a member of the committee for the international research competition in freight car building.
Biography
Savushkina was born August 3, 1979 in Leningrad. She graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics (now Saint Petersburg State University of Economics). She has two master's degrees and a PhD in Economics.
Her positions have included Director of the Department for the Research Coordination in Testing of Railway Equipment and Technology, Association of Test Centers of Railway Equipment and Technology (ICZT Association); Director for Industrial Research, Railway Rolling Stock Producers and Users Union “Carriage Builders Association” (“Carriage Builders Association” Union); Director of the Analytical Research Department, OOO All-Union Research and Development Center for Transport Technology, a group of companies under PAO NPK United Wagon Company; and Vice President of Science, Nonprofit Partnership “Steel Enterprises Association” (NP OPSP).
