Israel Sports Radio is an English language Israeli radio station formed in May 2010 by Andrew Gershman, Josh Halickman, and Ari Louis. The station is the first and only all-sports station in the Middle East. On-air personnel The station has several noteworthy presenters, including: * The Sports Rabbi * Former Jerusalem Post Sports Editor, Jeremy Last * David 'Dubi' Pick, contributing reporter for sportline.co.il and Eurobasket.com who will be joined by guest co-host "The Wolf" * David Bluthenthal, former star who now plays for Maccabi Tel-Aviv and * Cory Carr, former Chicago Bulls guard now playing in Israel * Jasmine Marcus, former assistant managing editor of The Cornell Daily Sun * Andrew Gershman, Former Host of Rusty Mike Radio American Sports Talk (Jerusalem) * Ari Louis, former host of Louis Live in Tucson, Arizona, Former Host of Rusty Mike Radio American Sports Talk Programming The station is scheduled to air on October 4 and will have programming including American sports, Israeli sports, motor sports, rugby, cricket, European soccer, I.F.L., Israeli men's flag football, Israeli women's flag football, fantasy football and a fitness show. The station broadcasts from 4:00 P.M. to midnight Jerusalem time (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST) Monday-Thursday, with additional programs on Sunday night. The station does not broadcast on Friday night and Saturday, in observance of the Jewish Sabbath. The studio is located in Talpiot, a neighborhood of Jerusalem.
