Ishfaq Manzoor is an Indian writer. He has been writing on different subjects including social issues and morality. He has promoted reading and the establishment of libraries in Kashmir. He received a Global teaching excellence award, awarded by Kiteskraft Productions for contributions to libraries and community education in 2022.
He has done Bachelor of engineering from the University of Jammu and course in library and information sciences from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Ishfaq manzoor has done his engineering through clearing an entrance of JKCET. He has provided his research project on behaviour of concrete by partial replacement of coarse aggregate with waste plastic.
