Ishara Weeraratna (Born: 20 January 1991) is a Sri Lankan businessman and author. In 2020, he founded Luxe Colombo, an e-commerce company in Sri Lanka. Luxe Colombo Ishara started Luxe Colombo “as a response to the pandemic” in 2020, when his family business was effected by the global recession and travel bans.Initially, it was an e-commerce project to sell “a pile of stock worth millions close to expiry in hand.” By the end of 2021, Luxe Colombo is “the fastest growing e-commerce business in Sri Lanka.” Aleph Technologies He is the CEO of Aleph Technologies, a software company that sells solutions and services to institutional clients in Europe and North America. |
