Isaac Marshall is a software designer who has made conceptual contributions to video games including Donkey Kong Country, Killer Instinct and others. He is also a voice-over artist and has provided the voices of many video game characters such as Toad in Mario Kart 64. He currently resides in Seattle, Washington, where he composes music and sound effects for games. He was born in New York, New York, on August 22, 1962.
