IronFX

IronFX Global is a Cyprus-based online broker offering contracts for difference (CFD) on foreign exchange (FX), shares, futures and precious metals. IronFX Global companies provide retail and institutional forex trading services and are regulated by multiple regulatory authorities in different countries.
History
IronFX was founded by Markos A. Kashiouris and Peter G. Economides in 2010 in Cyprus. In 2012 IronFX began its global expansion with the opening of representative offices in China, Hungary, Czech Republic, Russia, Poland, the UK, Australia, Uruguay, Peru, Portugal, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Trading Facilities
The company provides traders access to 15 different platforms including the MetaTrader 4 trading platform and its own social trading platform Social Trader (SIRIX). Traders using IronFX MT4 platform from MetaQuotes Software also have the option of a web-based alternative, and several mobile trading versions.
In September 2013 the company launched IronFX EA Builder, web-based strategy-building solution enabling traders to build personalized Expert Advisors (EAs). Enabling traders to create custom automated strategies using default technical indicators from MT4 without any prior coding knowledge.

IronFX has its headquarters in Limassol with offices in London, Sydney, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Moscow, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Baku, Lisbon, Warsaw, Budapest, Prague, Montevideo and Lima.
Regulatory Information
IronFX Global Ltd. is authorized, regulated, registered in several countries.
Following the foundation of the company in 2010, IronFX Global Limited became authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Due to the Cyprus registration the company falls under the European Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) regulation allowing the company to provide investment services in all the European Union countries.
Since 2012, IronFX Global (Australia) Pty Limited is authorised and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
June 2013, as a part of IronFX’s global expansion, IronFX Global UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of IronFX Global, became licensed and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.
The following month, IronFX registered as a Financial Service Provider in New Zealand.
In Russia, IronFX subsidiary IronFX Russia LLC is a member of the Centre for Regulation in OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies (CRFIN).
Marketing and Public Relations
A year after the company’s foundation, they began to become involved in trading competitions. In 2012, it held the biggest competition in forex history with the prize of $150,000 cash or a supercar.
In July 2013, the company co-sponsored “China Financial Innovation and Development Summit” with the Investment Association of China and the University of International Business and Economics held in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, Beijing, China.
In October 2013 the company launched its second largest FX competition called "Trading Legends" with a super-car as an ultimate prize or $150,000 STP account.
