Interpunk is an online store that specializes in punk and other underground music. The store is built in such a way as to allow bands and record labels to sell their products directly through the site. History Interpunk was started in 1997 by two fans of punk rock. It began in a closet with $200 worth of Screeching Weasel shirts and CDs, and eventually moved to a bedroom, then a basement, then to a warehouse. After tons of hard work and countless sleepless nights Interpunk grew into being one of the largest punk rock stores in the world. It now has 30 full-time employees. |
