History International Investment Company (IIC) was founded in 2007 in Great Britain. The specialization of the Company is investment in different types of business. Strategy IIC works only with its own equity and does not raise additional funds for deals. IIC does not trade stock on financial markets. Analysts of IIC think that such strategy will protect them during possible financial recession, but the experience shows, that sometimes such strategies just lead to financial difficulties instead of stability. Investment in the Web IIC understand the prominent role of the Web in modern time life. And that role will be much more noticeable during the following years. Therefore IIC has created a special department of venture investment. Managers of that department are ready to speak with people who has ideas and who think that they can invent something new in the Web. The main principle of tha department is: "The IDEA - is the origin of the all achievements of mankind". Investment in banking IIC works on emerging markets and acquires financial organizations, such as banks, credit unions, funds of different types etc. The perpose is to create a united financial network with meet the international standards. Therefore IIC cooperates with JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Investment in energy sources Analysts in IIC are aware of possible crude oil crisis caused by the depletion of the oilfields. Therefore IIC invests in companies which develop alternative energy sources, such as wind power, water pressure and oxygen reactions. Most of those companies are located in South Africa. Current Portfolio Shares of Royal Dutch Sell (218,435 shares), BP (7,745,821 shares) and Exxon Mobil( 2,752,376 shares). Manufacturers of different types in Argentina, Brazil, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Russia, Ukraine. Real estate in Dubai, joint venture with Emaar Properties and Damac registered in UAE. The most important deals January 7, 2007 IIC acquired minor stake in BP after several month of talks. April 18, 2007 IIC acquired 0,7% stake in Royal Dutch Shell. October 12, 2007 IIC acquired major stake (50%+1 share) in Damac and became an owner of one of the biggest builders in UAE. February 22, 2008 IIC acquired 11% stake in Emaar Properties and owned Dubai Marina complex in Dubai. June 16, 2010 IIC sold 47,4% shares of Damac after deep recession on real-estate market. The company lost about $117 mln. September 13, 2011 IIC acquired 4,3% stake in Exxon Mobil. December 7, 2011 IIC sold its stake in Damac and Emaar Properties. The net loss was covered with the net profit from Royal Dutch Shell deal.
