Installation and uninstallation

Introduction
Installation and uninstallation are how stuff gets on and off of your computer. Most applications you have to install and then possibly uninstall later. The installation and uninstallation process is continued in the next sections.

The installation process is an interesting subject. The next whole section talks about different installation methods.
Installation Methods
There are 3 ways of installing.
*Drag to applications folder.
This way is a simple way by dragging the application to the folder.
*Go through installation program.
Sometimes there is an installation program you need to use.
*Automatic installations.
When you put the disc in, it installs automatically.
Dragging to the Applications Folder
This is easiest. Once you drag it off the disc, it copies to your hard drive without doing a lot of work. It is the most simple.
Normally there is an copy folder of you applications folder on the disc. The alias makes the process easier.
Installation Program Process
On some things, there is a program to install it because it may need to know stuff about you.
*Know your name.
*Know your email.
*Know an installation code.
*Know your age.
*Any other thing it would need to know.
Automatic Installation
All it does is automatically installs the thing for you. It is very simple.
Uninstallation
This process deletes the application. If you do not like something you should try to uninstall it. Some programs like Skype if you uninstall them, they still keep some of the data on your own computer. It may be very annoying for this to happen to you. Only install these programs if you want to definitely use Skype. Uninstallation is the opposite or antonym of installation.
