The platform operates as the digital division of the Sri Chaitanya Group, which was established in 1986. History Infinity Learn was launched in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic as part of Sri Chaitanya's expansion into digital education. According to company statements, the platform was created to extend educational services to regions where establishing physical schools may not be feasible. Business model and services The company offers educational services for students in classes 6-12, with a focus on competitive exam preparation for IIT-JEE, NEET, and other entrance examinations. The platform provides online live classes, self-learning recorded modules, mock tests, and 24x7 doubt clearance support. As of 2023, Infinity Learn reported having over 7 million registered users and more than 750,000 active subscribers. The company operates from offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Acquisitions Infinity Learn has pursued growth through acquisitions since its inception. In 2021, the company acquired Teacherr, a platform for teachers. The same year, it acquired Don't Memorise, a Mumbai-based content provider that offers educational content in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Marathi and Bengali. Don't Memorise, founded in 2014, reported having 2.6 million subscribers at the time of acquisition. In 2022, Infinity Learn acquired a 75% stake in WizKlub for $10 million. WizKlub, founded in 2018, focuses on cognitive development programs for children aged 6-14 years. Following this acquisition, Infinity Learn launched a new division called "Infinity Futurz".
