Inderias Dominic Bhatti

Inderias Dominic Bhatti (born on 1 July, 1963) is a Pakistani peace activist.
Born in a Roman Catholic Family in Gojra, Punjab, Pakistan, he did his Schooling from “St. Thomas High School”, Fasialabad, Pakistan. He did his Catholic Seminary for five years and his graduation from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. He did his studies from US institute of Peace in Interfaith Conflict Resolution,
He served in “Caritas” (A Catholic Social Service of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Pakistan, was married in 1990, blessed with beautiful wife and three children: Maham Yousaf Bhatti; Anser Yousaf Bhatti and Saad Yousaf Bhatti. He lives in Lahore, Pakistan

04. DISCUSSION ON EXTREMISM AND BLASPHEMY LAWS
He started a discussion on the mindset of extremism in Pakistan in context of the Blasphemy Laws in Pakistan with the intention to discuss the origins of this consciousness that has caused alienation in the community with generational and state entrenched oppressions, systemic discrimination and conscious subjugation. Which as a result make the exclusion and general apathy for the community on the basis of religion and other social divides in the perspective of mass minorities’ homicides, religious hatred and violence in Shanti-Nagar, Sangla Hill, Bahmani-Walla, Korian,Gojra and Jati-Key, Sialkot.
