In Search of the Titanic

In Search of the Titanic (Original name Tentacolino) is an Italian animated film and a sequel to the 1999 animated film The Legend of the Titanic. The movie was directed by Kim J. Ok and was released direct to DVD in Italy during 2004.
Plot
After the previous film Elisabeth and Juan are getting ready to find the Titanic using a submarine that was not back in their age.Along with their old friends Conners,Ronny and Smiley.Their submarine is getting attacked by the gang of sharks from the previous film with their leader Razorteeth.When the sharks cut the submarine's wires the crew of the ship does not seem to care to send down men to help them.As soon as Tentacles arrives from the previous film to help them but he gets stopped by Atlantians who take Elisabeth and the others to Atlantis.There they help them breathe underwater and show them the city,as soon they arrive the King's ambassador Pingo prepares to welcome them to Atlantis.On their way there Smiley falls in love with a female dog and Conners and Ronny find other mice which want to take over the world by just stealing the Elixir of Life which is just a potion which helps someone to breathe underwater.Elisabeth and Juan find Pingo's building which outside is guarded by british Royal Guards which the Atlantians refer to them as "toys" while their physical appearance greatly resembles humans.When they enter they see actual toys and Pingo and they all dance until Pingo tells them that they are new citizens of Atlantis and they can't go back home.The King of Atlantis appologizes while Conners and Ronny finally make a deal with the other mice to steal the elixir while Razorteeth somehow had made a deal with Evarard Maltravers from the previous film to help him and the mice to take the elixir.Somehow the Atlantians find out about them and they prepare or battle with cannons,energy weapons and rifles that somehow work underwater.They hunt down the mice and the sharks and they overwhelm Everard's submarines and they destroy the ship which Juan and Elisabeth came off.After the battle the mice which were betrayed by Ronny and Conners they think they have the elixir but they don't because the King switched it and somehow later end up in a Psychiatric hospital.Later the King gives Juan and Elisabeth an island to live which can't be found.Juan and Elisabeth seem to don't care about returning home to New York and they accept to live on the island leaving behind them all their families and friends.Also the King shows them that he rebuilded the Titanic and filled it with Atlantian technology.After that they all dance in the Titanic and they live on the island seeing the sunset and the film ends.
