They have more than 500 development courses. There headquarters are in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company was founded by Mohammed Al Ali.

They have 2 in the UAE, one in Abu Dhabi and one in Dubai. They also have branches in Jordan, Switzerland, USA, and Saudi Arabia. The company also advises business, governments, and organizations alike. The companies vision is to "be the benchmarked Training and Consultancy Company. "We aim to enrich professional competence and provide comprehensive business solutions." According to them, the company values integrity, quality, commitment, support, opportunity and positivity. The company specializes in courses such as "Aviation, Organization Behavior, Human Resource, Accounting, Project Management, Critical Thinking, Decision Making, Information Technology, English Proficiency, and many others." They're partners with many other different companies. It has signed a contract with King Abdul Aziz University so that they provide them with teachers. The base monthly salary is $2000 tax free. It includes many other services such as free tickets, free Medical coverage, Free accommodations, and transportation to and from the university. It has also signed a deal with Tarif University in KSA.
