The iBall slide i9702 is a tablet featuring a 9.7-inch display screen. The tablet comes with Android 4.0 (ICS) OS loaded in it. The tablet also features a 1.5 GHz quad core processor and 1 GB DDR3 RAM.
Design
The 9.7-inch TFT display screen of the iBall slide i9702 has a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. The capacitive touchscreen display of the device helps in easy navigation across different functions.
Features
The iBall slide i9702 comes with a 2 MP primary camera and a 2 MP secondary camera. The 8000 mAh battery loaded in this device offers ample backup for all the tablet functions. The tablet has 8 GB inbuilt memory while the external memory can be expanded up to 32 GB through a microSD card.
The tablet lets users connect to the internet using Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity. The tablet lets you play music files and video files through the inbuilt multimedia player. The tablet also has a range of other tablet features.
Issues
Although the tablet has a 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU, its buggy operating system cpufreq driver is programmed to not use any frequency other than 252 MHz which causes the tablet to run almost 8 times slower. This can easily be verified by running the CPU Spy Plus software available in Google Play Store. Due to this problem, the tablet does not even enter deep sleep state that further reduces its stand-by time.
