IABF

iabf (also written with upper case letters to show emphasis) is an internet chat abbreviation for "it's all Bush's fault".
The abbreviation gained popularity during the 2008 US Presidential election as a sarcastic response to all the bad things being blamed on George Bush at the end of his presidency. Pro-Obama voters would dream up the most incredible scenarios and use innuendo, anecdotes and other rhetorical devises to attach the problem to the Bush Presidency.
It's apparent birth can be traced to conservatives flippantly using the statements because no matter what the problem being discussed, it always seemed to be "Bush's fault" even when it was obviously apparent or verifiable that President Bush could have had no influence on the circumstance being discussed.
Example of it's use in internet chat:
Mr. A says: Rome would have never fallen had George Bush not been in office.
Mr. B responds: Yea, IABF.
In the above example, "Mr. B" would be a supporter of President Bush who was poking fun at the Pro-Obama supporter who was making yet another unsupported claim of a world evil that they were trying to attribute to President Bush.
