Hypofixx

Hypofixx (usually written HypoFixx) is a one-man Industrial Rock band founded by Carlos Preciado in 2000 and based in New York.
The first Hypofixx release was a single, "I'll Never Be", in 2002; an album, From Man to Machine, followed in 2003. Later that year, Hypofixx appeared on the Kuma-ChanBig text Records release Hot Hands: A Tribute to Throwing Muses & Kristin Hersh which included a guitar industrial cover of "Bright Yellow Gun." "Shattered from the Inside" was released as a single in April 2006, and a second album, After December, came out the following year. A compilation DVD was released in May 2005. In 2010, Hypofixx released a digital single called "My Resurrection" which contained two remixes of the title track.
In 2008, Carlos Preciado took a break from Hypofixx and the goth/industrial scene to start a trance project called Telophazer, using the name DJ 206 for any public appearances or productions. Telophazer released an EP called Breaking The Spindle in 2009 and a digital single for the track "Let Me Forget" in 2010. DJ 206 also produced a digital single for The Double Down Girls entitled "Hey Gurl" which was released in 2010. All songs by DJ 206 were released by Lashdigit Records.
Hypofixx has worked with Razed in Black, Terrorfakt, Assemblage 23, Imperative Reaction, Anti-Mechanism, Ego Likeness, Prometheus Burning, Interface, Cervello Elettronico, Andrako, Hazmat, Mindless Faith and Neikka RPM.
A new album is currently in production and is scheduled for release in 2011.
