Its first game was the game "The Balloons", released in 2015. It published the game Kleptocats in 2016, which gained enough success to have a web series directed by Platypus Animation, as well as a book and Funko Pops. In 2020, the Federal Trade Commission fined Hyperbeard 150,000 dollars for violating the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
